Booking & Scheduling
Contact us via phone (+65 6673 2303), email ([email protected]), or through our contact form. We'll discuss your needs, check availability, and confirm your booking. All studio sessions are by appointment only.
For individual headshots, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. For corporate team sessions or events, please book 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability. Rush bookings may be accommodated based on our schedule.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund minus a $200 admin fee. Less than 48 hours notice receives no refund, though date rescheduling may be available. Weather-dependent outdoor events can be rescheduled without penalty.

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card (via invoice). For corporate clients, we offer Net 14 or Net 30 payment terms. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due within 14 days of image delivery.
All sessions include professional equipment and lighting, tethered shooting for instant review, pre-session consultation, professional direction during the shoot, and post-shoot image review and selection. Final edited images are included based on your chosen package or per-image selection (for individual headshots).

- Individual headshots: 30-60 minutes (including outfit changes and selection)
- Corporate team headshots: 20-60 minutes per person (depending on package)
- Event photography: 2 hours to full-day coverage
- Architecture photography: Half-day to multi-day depending on project scope

Wear what you'd wear to an important business meeting - professional, comfortable, and representative of your personal or company brand. Solid colours generally work better than busy patterns. We recommend bringing 2-4 outfit options for variety. We provide wardrobe guidance before your session.
Yes! We encourage bringing multiple outfits for variety. Individual headshot sessions include time for outfit changes at no extra cost. For corporate sessions, outfit changes depend on the package selected (Standard: 1 outfit, Classic: 2 outfits, Premium: 3 outfits).
Images & Delivery

- Individual headshots: You select the images you want ($100 each)
- Corporate packages: 1, 3, or 5 edited images per person (based on package)
- Event photography: 50-100 images per hour of coverage, fully edited
- Architecture photography: Varies by project scope (discussed during consultation)

Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for headshots and 2-4 days for events. We offer express delivery (24-48 hours) for an additional fee. Architecture photography timing varies by project complexity, typically 5-7 days. Images are delivered via secure online gallery for easy download and sharing.
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPG files suitable for both print and web use. We also include web-optimized versions for social media and websites (including LinkedIn-optimized dimensions for profile photos). Files are delivered via secure online gallery with unlimited downloads.
Studio & Location
Our studio is located at 25 Tai Seng Avenue, Singapore 534104. We're easily accessible by car or public transport. Parking information is provided when you book your session. Studio visits are by appointment only (Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 12pm-4pm).
We offer both studio and on-location photography. Individual headshots are typically done in our studio for optimal control over lighting and environment. Corporate team sessions can be done at our studio or at your office. Event and architecture photography are done on-location. We bring professional equipment and lighting to all locations.
Yes, we can arrange professional hair and makeup artists for your session at an additional cost. This is particularly popular for executive headshots, personal branding sessions, and large corporate team photoshoots. Contact us for pricing and availability.
